I've had a stressful but amazing 2014 and find I'm excited about 2015. We all set goals at the first of the year, but really, what we strive for is to do "better"-- better exercise regimen, better eating habits, better attitude; we simply try to be a better person. Maybe if we think of it that way, instead of making resolutions, we can succeed. So I tell 2014 goodbye and wish you a happy and healthy 2015!
